Im excited to win the 5th free technique sprint. It
feels amazing to win on the home ground. I am very thankful
to my supporters. I am ready to move on now to the level of
Hattestad and Joensson.
Its been a while since my podium in Lenzerheide. I
was very frustrated last weekend when I broke the pole in
my quarter in Davos. I felt very good energy today. The
course was great. My strategy was to relax in the back in
the first lap and move on in the second lap. Our wax techs
a great job. I had a good speed going to the finish.
First final, first podium, it was an amazing day. I had
perfect skis. The whole team worked really hard. I had worked
a lot on the qualification before the winter. Last season
I was a lot between 30th and 45th place. I felt strong the
whole day. I had a good start and a very good middle part.
Over the stadium I was in the lead and I thought I would
win it but then Pellegrino and Simi were too strong in the
