15km libre dames : Bjoergen... facile devant 3 autres Norvégiennes - Enorme course d'Anouk Faivre Picon
 
Enfin une course dans un décor digne du ski de fond.
Les Norvégiennes ont été dominatrices mais la France a enregistré un énorme résultat avec la 8ème place d'Anouk Faivre Picon. La nouvelle va très vite franchir les monts et les combes jurassiennes. Huitième en coupe du monde, c'est évidemment sa meilleure performance, une performance construite tout au long de ce parcours exigeant. Quand on a vu ses temps de passage dans la première moitié de la course, on a eu peur de la voir craquer mais, bien au contraire, elle a consolidé sa position et s'est installée un très long moment dans le fauteuil de leader jusqu'à l'arrivée de Saarinen. Et les meilleures mondiales étaient toutes là...

Marit Bjoergen a une fois de plus dominé ses rivales en creusant des écarts énormes : 41s sur Vibeke Skofterud qui réalise son meilleur début de saison, 42s sur Therese Johaug et 1'19s sur Marthe Kristoffersen.
Justyna Kowalczyk est cinquième à 1'26s...

Les autres Françaises sont plus loin. Coarline Hugue prend la 43ème place, Aurélie Dabudy la 57ème et Laure Barthélémy a abandonné, se réservant pour la course de demain.

I had a very good feeling today. I kept good technique at the beginning of the race and maintained speed in the flat section. When I came to the stadium and heard I was some 26 seconds ahead I knew I everything was possible. I think I was strong from the highest point of the course down. I enjoyed the last part of the competition when I got the information I was 40 seconds in the lead.

Vibeke Skofterud
Today I felt really strong from the beginning. Before the race I planned not to get too tired before the highest point of the course. I felt also strong in the downhill sections. It was a hard race today. But there's not so bid difference between 10 and 15 km. The biggest difference is that we were competing in 1700m.

Therese Johaug
I'm really satisfied with my race today. I was working hard all the way. I was really close behind Vibeke in the finish but I'm happy to be third today. I'm happy Vibeke took second place
